Returns and Refunds
Returns will be honored within 14 days for domestic products on all products with the following exceptions:
1. Opened rolls of coins
2. Lot / bulk purchases (ie. bulk wheat cents or grab bags)
3. Supplies that have been used / worn
4. Coins altered by the customer (ie. cleaning)
To request a return, email support@bisoncoins.com.
Customers will be required to pay for shipping label and materials, and further instructions and return mailing address will be provided via email.
Refunds for returned merchandise in good condition will be issued within 2 days of receipt.
Cancellations
Customers may request cancellations on items within 12 hours of ordering. Email support@bisoncoins.com with an order ID to request a cancellation. Refund will be issued within 2 days.
